- Combined household income requirement of at least 2x monthly rent amount
- Credit/Background check must not reveal any prior evictions or judgements
- Our Pet policy is 2 pets MAX per property (i.e. 2 cats OR 2 dogs OR 1 dog and 1 cat) Pet fee is flat rate of $30/mo
- We do have Breed Restrictions for dogs due to homeowner's insurance regulations. Please read carefully.
- All approved tenants are required to carry renter's insurance. The monthly fee for this is around $10/mo

- Hassle-free property viewings on your own time using our electronic CodeBox
- Zoom (contactless) lease walkthrough with a live property manager
- Electronic lease signing
WHAT TO DO NEXT:
Give us a call or text at 505-221-6319 and we'll email you and any other co-applicants an online application to complete. Applications may take up to 72 hours to process once submitted (not counting weekends). When your application has been approved, you will receive an invitation to schedule your self-showing via electronic lockbox at the property. If you fall in love with the home, the last step is to set up your online lease signing, which will take place via Zoom with one of our live associates.
